Alion

Alion was a new defense contracting company founded with the funds raised through a successful employee buyout. The inaugural event we organized for Alion was designed to meet two goals: to introduce key customers to the new company and reassure them of its continued, smooth functioning.

Alion's customer-base is almost 90 percent DoD, so the event was held at the Army & Navy Club in Washington, D.C. - a venue both familiar to the customers and convenient to area media.

We organized the event in less than three weeks. In that time we:
• created and sent invitations • created a 4-minute Alion video • created a display • created podium signage • created banners & posters • compiled media kits and giveaways for guests
