Software AG's CIO Executive Summit in November, 2008, was by non-transferrable invitation only. Software AG needed a piece that would showcase the brand newly launched that year, catch the attention of the high-level recipients, and instantly speak to the exclusive nature of the event. Nimble designed the invitation package with personalized, custom imprinted vellum wrappers and metallic shell, which were sent to 300 CIOs of top global companies. Inside, the invitation contained a personalized login code for confirming attendance on the event's website, as well as a conference agenda booklet and networking activities piece.
