We have done five annual conference packages for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, including its Washington, D.C. conference. For its New Orleans conference, we designed the materials around the conference location to pique the interest of the 1,800 potential attendees. The registration brochure fits in a number 10 envelope but unfolds into a poster which details the conference workshops. The design was based on the need to generate interest, but the restriction that the materials could not overtly sell the location over the conference subjects. Geared toward a conservative audience, the final design was implemented in multiple volumes of conference materials, conference hall banners, audio cassette tapes, and online.
