The Potomac Pedalers Touring Club is one of the largest bicycle clubs in the U.S., numbering more than 1,000 weekend rides each year in the D.C. metro area, in addition to after work and overnight rides, and an annual 100 mile ride. Club jerseys identify members on rides and bring revenue into the organization. For the 2006 jersey, we generated three concepts, showing side panels and sleeve and collar details. Once the PPTC chose a design, we worked with custom clothing manufacturer Voler Apparel to create the fabric pattern and ensure the design scaled from the women's XS to men's XXL sizes.
