A new ratings panel from comScore, mobileXpression specifically targeted users who surf the Internet on their mobile phones. Thus the identity and website design had to both appeal to technologically savvy early-adopters and, since the site would collect personal information, project a professional, trustworthy image. The panel launched in December 2007.
