Recruiting Campaign

The year before our campaign, IITRI hired approximately 250 people. The company had ambitious plans to grow and wanted to dramatically increase hiring, starting with a new Human Resources Director. We created this newspaper classifieds campaign to catch the attention of the innovative kinds of employees the company wished to attract and to increase responses. We also helped place the ads in papers local to offices that were hiring. The first ad we placed generated a flood of responses, and attracted the attention of a Human Resources Manager who was intrigued enough to respond, even though she was not looking for a job. IITRI hired her, and 484 other people that year.
