Corporate Newsletter

A major element of Alion's strategy to foster an employee-ownership culture was increasing communication between management and employees. We came up with the name for this quarterly newsletter, The Ownership Edge, and suggested regular features, like the Stock Update on the front page, that would inform employees about the health of the company. We designed and produced the first issue, which included space for senior managers to discuss company-wide issues as well as a forum for employees to give feedback to management. The newsletter appeared in both print and online form.
